Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use Glimors. By creating an account, you represent that:

Trial and Subscription Tiers

Glimors offers a 14-day free trial followed by paid subscription plans:

• •Starter Plan ($12/month): Unlimited galleries, 2GB bandwidth/month
• •Pro Plan ($29/month): Advanced features, 10GB bandwidth/month
• •Studio Plan ($79/month): Premium features, custom domains, 25GB bandwidth/month

Billing and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. By subscribing:

• •You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• •You are responsible for keeping payment information current
• •All charges are non-refundable except as required by law
• •Prices may change with 30 days notice

Bandwidth and Usage Limits

Each plan includes monthly bandwidth limits. If you exceed your limit:

Your Content

You retain all rights to photos and content you upload. By using our service, you grant us:

Copyright Compliance

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

Data Collection and Use

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

• •Client interaction data (views, downloads, favorites)

Data Security

Google Drive Integration

Our Google Drive integration requires specific permissions to function. We only access folders you explicitly sync and never read, modify, or share other Drive content. Your Google refresh tokens are encrypted and stored securely.

Permitted Uses

Glimors is intended for legitimate photography business purposes:

• •Delivering final edited images to clients
• •Creating proof galleries for client selection
• •Professional portfolio display

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Glimors to:

• •Store or distribute illegal content
• •Circumvent technical limitations or security measures
• •Interfere with or disrupt our services
• •Use automated systems to access our platform excessively
• •Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• •Impersonate others or provide false information

Service Uptime

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or to address security issues with reasonable notice when possible.

Technical Support

We provide technical support through email and our support portal. Response times vary by subscription tier, with priority support for Pro and Studio plans. Support is provided in English during business hours.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will communicate significant changes that affect your use of the service via email and in-app notifications.

Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation.

Termination by Glimors

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• •Fail to pay subscription fees
• •Use the service for prohibited purposes

Data Retention After Termination

Upon termination, we handle your data as follows:

Service Disclaimers

Glimors is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glimors shall not be liable for:

• •Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• •Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• •Service interruptions or data loss
• •Third-party actions or content

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with Google Drive, Stripe, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of these external services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Glimors operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Glimors shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court. The arbitration will be conducted by a mutually agreed upon arbitrator.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Glimors regarding your use of our services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
